RE: Seems to me ...Saturn4 it has nothing 2 do with drilling in Kurdistan. It has 2 do with management. Both VST & LFD  have the same B of D.If U have been following VST 4 the past 2yrs. it is plain 2 see that VST has been manipulated & over managed. Now that LFD is getting closer 2 their spud date U will begin to see the same manipulation that has been going on with VST. It can B very frustrating 2 say the least.
