RE: Roll Back? and name Change

RE: Roll Back? and name Change>If you spent litteraly 5minutes researching John Gamble on the internetyou will find him as the principal behind OSM out of Welland.

That still doesn't tie Forterra to OSM. Two separate companies. Is Mr. Gamble planning a pump & dump of Forterra shares to fund OSM?

>Was that so hard to do.

I appreciate your help, thank you.

>You never answered my question if to buy pre rollback or after.. or maybe I could partake in the financing.

From an academic view, the majority of reverse stock splits end up with pricing at the level they started at less than a year later. Unless you're dang sure the new direction is going to be radically different and radically more prosperous than the previous one, I'd suggest you keep your money in your pocket, or wait for the reverse split & short the thing.

I'm not convinced the new direction is any better than the old one. First, Mr. Gamble was the CFO of a company that ran its operations by not paying its suppliers; how do shareholders know he won't do this again?

Second, how is it that Mr. Gamble is able to hijack Forterra's stock symbol for a different company's use? How much did he pay for it? Did he pay for it, or is he pumping Forterra stock to fund the new venture?

Third, the provincial Conservative gov't is vowing to scrap FIT and MicroFIT if it's elected to office on Oct. If this happens, the new venture is dead.

Forterra management has already proven how great they are at running a risky venture. I won't be betting my retirement money on their success.
