      I was reviewing some legal sites re Nasdaq interim filing requirements...from what I could determine

   interim financials have to be filed within 45 days --which would be May 15th.. therefore I don't think

  the nasdaq filing could be completed until after the Q1 results are out, whenever that may be.?
