Sandstorm has done due diligence on their contract - not DD on the MTO shareholder position. Commercially, Sandstorm would wishe MTO to produce gold for them - but it has remedies for failure by Metanor to produce.

What you say is true, but the key is that they have done DD on MTO being a commercial success, and if MTO succeeds commercially for Sandstorm, then the shareholders should do well also. On the other hand, whether or not MTO has to pay back Sandstorm $6 mil in case of earthquake or other disaster is rather irrelevant, since if the mine is destroyed and can't produce, the shares will crash and burn with or without the debt to Sandstorm. So I am going to sit tight and wait for gold production in 6 months and counting. I'll take my chances on an earthquake, tsunami and meltdowm. GLTA
