There most certainly are. I was in India for 7 months last year watching it grow. lol As was mentioned there are several dialects in China.
India as well Hindu, tamil, and a few more up north.
Both countries are promoting nuclear families. India is 10% muslim which does not sound like too many or a significant portion of the population but when you figure 10% of 1/5th of the world!! significant. They will all love this app.

I even expect a few plays to make a bid after the 20th although I know Microsoft wants it to reclaim their status.
