RE: RE: what does it all mean $$$ wise

RE: RE: what does it all mean $$$ wiseThis is STOOPID news....

2.5 MT was what hurt the share price originally.....

IMHO they would have been better off to WAIT until drill results prove up what is ACTUALLY there....5-7 MT of high grade copper.

I think the 2.5 MT N43-101 was   "rushed"   because they needed something in writing to go ahead/get the ball rolling with scoping study and board approval for a mine(starting this FALL).....so HBM could benefit from tonnes from Reed when Trout Lake shuts down.

The market is NOT pricing this factor into VMS's share price.....and you won't likely see it priced in until we get 2 things.

#1.  Reed Lake Mine announcement(it is coming but we have to be patient)

#2.  another 2-3 MT to the resource.

Those 2 things will bump VMS up to $1.50-$2.00 pre-production.

When 2013 hits we will see some revenue (but also some CAP-EX costs).....$3 for VMS stock.

Once initial  Capex is started to be paid off through copper sales we will be $5-$7 stock if Copper holds around $4 or higher.

That all hinges on VMS's  ability to maintain their 30%......or will HBM buy them out???

Also....one has to consider looming correction....if large scale correction does happen every mining stock on the TSX or TSX-V is going to be severely punished.....ESPECIALLY stocks like VMS.(junior exploration with NO production)..
