RE: RE: RE: blue Monday

RE: RE: RE: blue MondayYou may be right. The Final Prospectus may not ever be filed or it may be filed and the financing goes poorly. In either case the stock price will get killed and the game may be over for us and the majors involved. Regardless, I don't think they would have made this announcement unless they had an idea (both NUS and TD/Credit Suisse) that the financing would be successful and the majors were going to participate again. The PSF Prospectus clearly states that the underwriters will only be paid 2.5% on shares bought by the existing holders. I would paste this into this post but I can't figure out how to enlarge the text after the paste. If they announce some healthy drilling results in multiple Solwara zones soon that would no doubt help the financing. NUS seems to do everything differently. Most companies release results first and then boom an underwriting occurs. In this case it is on the reverse. We should hear some drilling results soon I would think but you never know for sure with NUS. We will see. I am still a buyer.
