Can someone tell me why xag is so cheap on a relative basis to its mineral value. 40 million ounces confirmed, 140 million equiv value through base metals.

Unsure what the issue is? I know the seasonality of silver etc, market etc, that still, the value of this should be much higher no?

Using a 0.05 value of of 140 silver ounces x30= 175 000 000, take 50 million away for the mine through dilution etc, and you still get more than a double from here.

Any thoughts?
