Well, blow me over. Shades of the 'oil seeps' news of a few years ago.

Only difference is, this time, it's 'oil slicks', not 'oil seeps'.

Of course, the only lasting results of the last round of 'seeps' at that time were the skidmarks left in the shorts of long term investors.

Time for round two I guess.
