My calculation is based on public information :) hopefully at some point this summer we will see some engineering plans for the first module once the outstanding reports and studies are released. I know we are all anxious about this aspect.

With respect to the winter months, it's true northern quebec has harsh winters, but  if open pit mining starts in summer months, the soil should be just fine. It's just a matter of blasting/digging/loading trucks. I don't see the winter as a big show stopper. The winter months can definitely be used for the chemical process and TI02 extraction (24x7 in principle). Operations will be fine tuned eventually to maximize output.
