Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Yea,and I am very close to a heart attack if this sp doesn't start to move soon.Is this the bottom?? Who tf knows? The problem is that this is Mongolia and mongolia is close to china and Russia,right!!Need i say more about dealings in those areas of the world.What REALLY is the value of a contract.
