RE: RE: RE: RE: Mineralfields

RE: RE: RE: RE: Mineralfields
Mineralfields is in over 150 companies on the Venture.  Out of the 150 companies, I know of only Copper Fox that has not been crushed by the selling of every single share that Mineralfields has.

There are some unbelievable excellent stocks getting crushed by Mineralfields in the last 6 months and even today: CRE, Silver Spruce, DEC, MTB, Bolero, Nebu, slam.  Look at BCGold. Yesterday, was the last day of Mineralfields selling.  400 thousand. Look at the chart.  BCgold is up 15 percent since Mineralfields last sale.

Look at all the Mineralfieids charts. There are always more Mineralfields shares to sell than buyers can absorb.  It is simple supply/demand dynamics.

They do not hold one single share.  Not one.

They also buy the warrants completely too for the most part so the OS goes up even more with everyone of them on the board for trading because of Mineralfields.

It has been said here that Mineralfields was CDOs choice by force.  In the beginning, Mineralfields did not have this reputation of a dumper.

It is recently acquired and I have now talked to 5 different CEOs who are so angry at Mineralfields that they can't stand themselves.  One CEO told me that Mineralfields are liars and cheats.

Who sells a company 28 percent lower when there is not a single sale on the day to suggest that the holders are panicking?

Only a company that is using the sales as a tax loss.  That's the answer.

Do I blame CDO for using Mineralfields for 5 years as its fiancier?  Of course, I do.  They should have been aware a lot sooner that Mineralfields have no interest in the company to the long side when they finance a company.

It was only after agreeing to do a PP at .10 and then renegging it down to .05 did CDO finally realize they were dealing with dishonourable crooks.  They are still suffering from the catastrophic moment brought on by Mineralfields dishonesty, and today's carnage is once again Mineralfields.

In closing, I still believe that Mineralfields has very few shares left, but as we can see today, the damage done by even a small amount can be great.
