The transfer agent is the entity that deals with transfer of shares. Shares for dept, shares such as options,ect.
I briefly was in and out of this stock when I heard they may have been affiliated with INT. I had to dig around for a phone # and talked to someone called emill I think. I was told the deal that was being negociated in 2006 hadn't been concluded. He also mentioned being called by the exchange because of the activity and told them he had no idea for the activity. I did post the info on the INT board.
