The company has consistently released XRF results in a timely manner up until now. We are still waiting for lab (gold and silver) results from the Dec or Jan and I think Feb releases. We are also waiting for the board to vote on the vessel deal and waiting to find out if the vessel financing was completed by Harren. The shares traded 140,000 today and the news was released at around 11:30 AM. I can't believe the stock did not nosedive - someone is buying and with news like that I have problems believing that it is all small shareholders. If the financing flops then we are fried but for some reason I think the financing is going to be a success. From a regulatory standpoint the release (Rogers) clearly stated "IDENTIFICATION OF SIGNIFICANT MINERALIZATION AT DEPTH AT SOLWARA 12 AND THE IMPROVED KNOWLEDGE GAINED AT SOLWARA 1. "What that means is they know the Copper/Zinc results based upon the XRF results. Furthermore, they have filed a SF Prospectus and a requirement of the SF Prospectus or the Final Prospectus is FULL DISCLOSURE. I don't understand how they will be able to get a FINAL RECEIPT for the Final Prospectus without providing FULL DISCLOSURE!!!!!!  I have never seen anything like this ever before. Sometimes shareholders have to fight - solution to lack of news - complain to the OSC and the Stock Exchange. If enough of us complain then we will know where we stand. I don't care if I lose everything but holding back information just is not right. Complaints and enough of them are the only thing that will bring forth information and possibly void the SF Prospectus and the Final Prospectus.
