D and D Again

D and D AgainYou know, everyone thought that D and D was this big saviour.  Everyone also thought/thinks that there could be a takeover at some point.  I'm starting to wonder if they're not connected.  Wouldn't it make sense for the "takeover co." to purchase as many shares as they can without having to disclose this purchase, knowing they'll take a run at the co. in the future.  Having those 20 + mil. shares could really come in handy to drive down and suppress the sp.  And it's been done with such little volume.  If that co. can use some of those shares to hold down the sp, it'll make a takeover that much cheaper when they purchase the other 170 mil.  If they can hold the sp to 10-11 or even cheaper, a takeover offer with say a 40-50 % premium looks good compare to the sp, but all of the poor souls that purchased above 15c basically get nothing!  Just a thought, all speculation, but it does explain why a seemingly great co. with super assets has an sp so undervalued!
