RE: D and D AgainI agree 100%  with what you're saying.  Also in my previous post I indicated that Mineralfields should have 11,100,000 shares as per private placements NOV.26 and Dec.24,2010 @ .21. If they still have these shares,and I'm sure they wouldn't have gotten rid of them at a loss,what kind of scenario would result if D and D tried to take over company at SP below .15 as you suggest?
