Good News, Bad News

Good News, Bad News

First the good news:  The fancy dancy 18 frac horizontal drilled in East Manson is currently pumping 190 boe/d after an initial month.  That is pretty darn good and would normally give the stock quite a boost IMO

Now the bad news:  With the new well on production we still trail earlier projected 2010 year end production of 900boe/d. Must be significant declines in older wells.

On balance I am enthused about the technology that resulted in the high production rate.  That should bode well for future completions.  And Montana is still a wild card, with no results expected for another couple of months.
