dangerously cheapAt this price HYD is a very attractive company to be taken over by one of their competitors.
The shop can be used for maintaining fleets and drill riggs.
They could fire the management team and run a very attrctive and maintenance shop.
The value of HYD is $10M and a company like Precision Drilling with a market cap of> $3.5B could take these guys out for peanuts.
If management keeps stumbling and is not able to increase the shareholders value we would be much better off the be part of another company.
Not sure how long they can hang on like this.
We will see what the Q1 results bring, but based on history I for one am not too optimistic.
