RE: News on the AGMThis is an interesting, though, I believe, invalid view stated in that NR, Vanchester:
"We are confident that a new slate will address operational issues withinURSA and will be a powerful first step in unlocking significantshareholder value," said Randy Miller, Chairman of Inspiration MiningCorporation."
As an investor, I see the interest by Inspiration, in their last aborted attempt, as causing some stagnation to Ursa Major's share price, not operational issues associated with Ursa major's current board. In fact, the development of the Shakespeare deposit has been very well managed.
One needs to look no further than Inspiration's own project advancement and consequent share price to project how much or how little well-being they might inject into Ursa Major, if their bid to replace the board of Ursa Major were to be successful.
Perhaps it would be in the best interests of Ursa Major and Inspiration shareholders alike, if Inspiration, now well invested in Ursa Major, stepped away from Ursa Major, except as a (supposedly) shrewd investment and then assume the due profits.
A question begged here is why would Inspiration originally have considered making an investment in Ursa Major, if they thought the company was not well run?
These are my views based on my reviews of these two companies; do your own DD.
