If you go to this site: https://www.tmxmoney.com/HttpController?GetPage=SearchInsiderTrade&Language=en&Submit=Submit&QuerySymbol=ylo&x=61&y=13 , you will see the amount of insider buys and sells. YLO is allowed to buy back a maximum of 641,849 shares a day. They can not buy at the open of trading and also the last 30 minutes of trading
