I saw this posting by chance but couldn't help chuckling regarding the Board replacing other management.  You realize of course who some of the Board Members are?  Ian Bonner and Neil MacKenzie are part of the former Board of Bakbone Software that got bought out for pennies.  Together with the rest of that Board, they made decisions which destroyed the value of the company all the while giving their CEO raises.   
I actually owned some shares of WRX  before Bonner joined the Board of Directors.   
Good luck to you all.  IMO, you will need it if you think the Board is going to help shareholders
