RE: Held down for buyout?BINGO!   This EXACT scenario just played out for another security I held.  Unfortunately, the hostile buyer(s) stole the stock and the company, robbing the shareholders of the true value.   

It was all very co-ordinated.  I'm not saying the same thing is going to happen here because I'm sure the company is aware of who is buying.  It could also be the Money Managers accumulating.  In any event, this little gem is no longer hidden in obscurity.
