As we know there´s something wrong with the Maidstone-Deal. According to the News, Western Plains closes the acquisition on March 31st with an effective date of December 1, 2010. Looks like PEP booked the deal back in 2010. I don´t know if this is/can be the issue. Maybe someone with experience in accounting procedures can tell...
