$ 0.15This is the 3rd time in a few weeks that VV has jumped from the
.09's to $ 0.15 intraday.  Its a pretty good sign that there is accumulation going on.
We should be getting close to the point that we jump higher than
.15 and have a sustained run up.
Any theories out there as whats causes this 50% run ups especially since we have not seen these on vv since 2006?
