Anyone know...

Anyone know...if there is an average "wait time" between insider purchases (or sells) and the release of news?  I would think if it is too close together it would raise Insider Trading alarm bells.  It has only been 13 trading days since Patricks last 100,000 share purchase in the open market.  Just trying to figure if there is some relation... or just a total crap-shoot.
