RE: RE: The biggest remaining hurdle?There are a number of things to be concerned about which could be cleared up [hopefully] by a comprehensive NR. One infrastucture item that still bothers me and which I don't believe has been definitely cleared up is acquisition of the total raiway right of way from mine site to nearest railhead [name of town escapes me at the moment]. Replacing rail is one thing but reacquiring railway right of way which I understand a lot of which was sold off or given up is another. Has any positive or any news at all  been released on this lately? Without full rail access to the railhead expensive trucking costs will still be incurred for the life of the mine and will have to be factored in. Even if no progress has been made it is  a matter of concern and shareholders should be kept up to date. Lack of news is more of a drag on SP sometimes than being up front and current on ongoing problems.
