I am missing the latest developments in India, 20% tax on iron ore exports. We could see such developments in other countries.
The most important factor in future iron ore discussions is the production price per tonne. AXI will be a low cost producer. That's why I do not really care about future prices. Everything above 100 USD/to will bring us a lot of profit.
According to my calculation we should be around 40-45 USD per tonne iron ore >65%.
What will happen if iron ore prices go down ?
All iron ore mines will produce less and will not invest in new mines. We have seen that before.
