Mr Butler would not invest over 4M of his own money to take a stake in CAA, exercise options at a cost of 5M personally just to flip this stock. I have met Roland and he is extremely excitted to have an opportunity to work with CAA as he see's our future as something that doesn't come along too often. He is an extremely genuine man and believe's we have a winner here. This is not a short term adventure for him is what I took out of my conversation with Mr Butler. We are lucky to have Roland on board, there are alot of companys out there looking for a successful executive willing to invest 9M of their money. We just need to be patient and look at the big picture; excitting times ahead for sure!
