RE: RE: Proceeds from the OFFERING...Remember that in the AGM in April which I attended, they promised that in May they would announce client contacts, a feasability study on whether longwall mining can be supported which would be very exciting news, and they mentioned that the banks would start covering the company. So far... nothing. I have lost a lot of confidence in their predictions. Mid April they promise 1MM tonnes and mid may they ask for major financing and a lot less coal. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO EXPLAIN THEIR ACTIONS. As I have pointed out before, they have a long history of talking up projects and then dropping them like a bomb. I sold out at 3.15 for 170K shares. I have lost confidence and do not put too much stock in their predictions...

its really too bad...
