Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: New Video?Surprised at the lack of comment about this new video presentation. All the regular posters seemed to think that the last presentation was just fluff.
I now ask what they think about this informative and professional new presentation? Obviously this is meant for new investors and I think a nice set up for March 31st when Prophecy Coal becomes official. 
Good time to start buying, charts are saying so.
