focus on the negative

focus on the negativeOPtions were granted at closing price.  However, it seems like a pretty big chunk, especially for directors.  Perhaps someone can tell me what the directors contribute.  The company has not done anything strategic in four years.  And as I recall they get paid cash as well.  Is it customary for a little company like Intrinsyc to pay directors?  I can bet they could find directors to serve on the board that would contribute more and take less.  Why can't we get some shareholders on the board?  My understanding is you can't vote them out unless you run an independent slate against them.  Anyone up for a proxy fight?
