RE: RE: RE: RE: Still no PROXY

RE: RE: RE: RE: Still no PROXYWell, let me reply just carefully:

Some here think that this new CEO will turn-around CDO. As we all know, which CEO we are talking about let me say it like this: If a CEO of a company might also become CEO of another compnay, working in the same fields, you might take into account, that this would, could result in a heavy conflict of interests ! For example: I would not be happy to see someone like the CEO of "XYZ" getting the CEO of CDO as well......................Why? Because "XYZ" is much further in progress and are enormously intersted in those properties CDO purchases near the properties of "XYZ" ! So, why not beeing happy about this ? Because the CEO of "XYZ" is not seriously interested in the property portfolio of CDO but mainly in increasing the area of "XYZ" ..........which is until today a property of CDO ! Ergo: "XYZ" might finally  take over this special property of CDO and finally receives what this compnay has been asking CDO yeras before already. CDO did not sell this property to "XYZ" because the management knew what CDO has be keeping this property. Now, years later, XYZ" might get this property for a dime......because the CEO of "XYZ" became the leader of CDO.

wildman, you know nothing about the history nd the conflicts CDO has been in in the past. If you believe I am negative because this is my proffession.........you are wrong LOL I know what is going on at CDO etc. and I am not infatil thrilled - I prefer to analyse the development. I would simply prefer we would not talk about the CEO of "XYZ" but of somebody else. I see the thunder coming and would prefer not to be part of it. Anyway, those conflicts of interests, a rollback (against  interest of old shareholder) and possible aggressiv new investor, which could be part of "XYZ" and thus like a rollback and buy agressively  (better you take this into account), all this could (I am fair enough to say COULD) make things very very problematic for CDO.

And.......I could tell you much more, but I can not do this at this bullboard. If you think I am an idiot.....not problem. Have fun with it. LOL

Stay positive.....I stay careful and critical.
