RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: 0.45 and climbingRibeye, there is no intent to deceive, If the stock is trading over 50 cents why wouldn't a warrant holder convert even if just to sell for the 10+ cent profit?  Who walks away from a 20% profit when it is for free.?

No doubt there will be additional dilution, there is potentially another psc to pay for as well as drilling on the other property currently held.  So what if fully diluted shares goes from 70million to 80million?, at 50 cents a share that's $40 million fully diluted market cap.   Pretty small considering TCF could have well over 1 tcf on it's properties when all is said and done. 

You want to scalp a 10 cents in and out trading this stock go ahead, but don't be surprised if it runs away from you while your out waiting for a secondary that might instead turn out to be a jv announcement.   In my view this is a stock to put in your draw for a while.
