Ticks suck their hosts blood correct? In this case the blood is MAI's spin-off momentum, AMEX listing adversely effected and puts MAI's "100%" ownership claims of LA in legal question. FYI, one of, if not the BEST lawyer (George MacIntosh) in Canada is representing TNR's interests.

Those two Russkie insiders (Klip and Chistyakov) are not putting big money into TNR for fun, they mean business and know a HUGE return is in store if the lawsuit is ruled in TNR's favor.
