Longford

LongfordThink it has to do with Vast and their whole concept of merging the two companies...... I would imagine that someone knows something about the Vast well and whether or not they have hit oil on it or not. The big question will be if it is oil or natural gas........... The market did not like it when Heritage hit the whale gas field. No gas infrastructure in Iraq at present anyway in that area. There is no doubt that Longford is undervalued at present just depends on who is for us and who is against us in my opinion......... It would not be a problem to raise cash for this thing.. I am surprised that they did not do it at 45 as there is no way that with Forbes connections they could not have gotten it done............. Unless there is something I am missing... Ahmed mentioned that construction is almost done for the drilling pad.... Also they are expecting to award a drill soon sounds like... Me wonders if the timing of the warrant expiry and drilling are for a reason.... July 7 expiry and drilling starting around then or a little later............... Either way Ahmed was buying at .37 cents on Insider. I guess there are good things and bad to the warrants expiry worthless........ I would imagine the plan is if Vast hits then this would make a good quick cash flow add on to the company and give some time and no dilution for future drilling....... I guess it is good that they have some proposals for financing on the table at the moment.....  Vast would be a good capital raiser if there share price was high due to them hitting oil.......... I think there is a good chance we would do better as a stand alone company if the old field is what they say it is............. All it would take is one well at around the 5000 a day with a quick tie in and this would be off to the races..... I guess as well if Vast hits a multibillion oil field that would be good to be a part of also . and I guess it comes down to what our buyout price would be if such a thing transpired.... Lots of variables in there.. Anyone any thoughts on the share price for tommorrow...... This is about as low as this thing has been in the last two years and I think the lowest pretty well once they acquired the chia block....
