They needed way more than $14M to complete their dilling program this year, so with or without this restricted cash they would have had to finance. If you ask me, the 0.65/sh (no warrants) financing was a great move, especially in hindsight. Certainly beats running out of cash and being forced to finance ... so yes I still "couldn't disagree more", even more.
