RE: Almost $40 Million in the Hole

RE: Almost $40 Million in the HoleDo they have debt of $40 million or shareholders deficit of $40 million cause the two are entirely different. In the first case it could be crippling and in the second case meaningless as the market would drive the share price up strictly based on momentum and hype. So which is it because according to the article i read they wiped out all the rest of their oustanding debt with a share swap at a 5 cent valuation which is interesting considering the market price is 4 cents. The debt holders must really believe in this company. Just like the IR company which is taking the bulk of their payment in 10 cent options which are really only worth much if they take the price up north of 50 cents within the year. All from what I can see but let me know if I am missing anything.
