It's all about speed. No disrespect intended but one must not look at on entity such as a computer and see it as distinct from a communications device or some other form of information technology. It is all got to do with transmission speed and the capacity to hold a larger amount of information in a smaller containment. The CPU or laptop is completly obsolete as a information communications technology. We have all the tools right now to get rid of all this ridiculous and wasteful technology and replace it with terminals receiving all necessary information from highly secure central servers where the chip technology does not have to relyed on.
