Better Communication?

Better Communication?I wonder where I heard THAT before... oh... that's right... I wrote about that just a wee bit ago...OR was that just the voice in my head again? In any case Y'all are welcome... it almost seems that the grey clouds have lifted from this board... and that the long suffering have a renewed optimism... Well better communication is just ONE part...

I viewed PBN managment in this light... that they were too busy trying to keep their jobs to do their jobs...NOW that the deck has turned up an "ace" perhpas the team can roll up their sleeves and DO their jobs...one of the first things that gets left on the sidelines is strategic planning...PBN...has been focussed on creating value on a well to well basis...which is okay for a junior... where a single well or even a 10-20 well program is a spectacular achievement...BUT for a growing intermediate...the focus can't be on this year... or next year...a BIG company can chew through a 2000 well inventory in less than 5 years...Strategic planning is a key element for success...PBN needs to install a group devoted to creating a vision for PBN... 10-20 years out... then to create a strategy to achieve that goal... ONCE PBN managment announces that sort of forward thinking... I may actually begin liking this company...Stay tuned folks... I'm sure PBN isn't quite done tinkering wioth the machine

It's My opinion git yer own
