Why cancel a bought deal?

Why cancel a bought deal?Well just bought some more this morning... my take is that since this was a bought deal it was up to LFD to cancel.  Since they had a bought deal, to cancel it should mean they have some other kind of financing they prefer.

If it had been a best efforts deal and couldn't be sold due to the stock trading too low, then a cancel would have been bad news, but since the risk was the brokers why cancel unless you have something better?

Anyways just guessing but at this low price the risk/reward seems good.

BTW...  I assume this 60m short position is a joke?  Is someone saying all shares issued have been sold short?
