RE: Difficult Decision...

RE: Difficult Decision...

Too bad Digger...I've enjoyed your input to this play and am a bit surprised you sold while LSG is at a bit of a low.

Actually, I was considering doing the opposite based on what I see as somewhat limited upside with TRR, given the latest press release with re-statement of financial statements (never a good thing to build trust in a company) and the company's decision to reduce development of underground mining which in my view can only negatively affect cash flow.  My TRR shares are pure profit however, and I guess I'll hang in there with the longer time horizon I have for it to play out.

I was going to move the proceeds over to Prodigy Gold (PDG) which probably has way more upside short term potential (for any of you who happen to be following that play too) than any of these three, but then diversification is always a good thing. They just doubled their 2011 in-fill and exploration program to 40,000 metres. I guess I'll be busy later exercising my warrants to buy more PDG at
.45 as time is running out, but I've been holding out as in one TFSA I have to sell some at around
.65 to exercise the  warrants or else over contribute to the TFSA...tough decision.

So...I'll stick with my long and large position in LSG, and as my average cost is about
.50, It's a little easier to sweat out the dips and delays.  I have said for some time the market was just waiting to see the cash and I see there is a press release today with their first quarter results as a producer.  I guess they could have been a little better but on the whole I certainly am happy with them as this company now matures into a producing self sustaining operation eliminating the urgent need to constantly raise capital causing share dilution.

So if we don't see a good improvement in the share price over the next few weeks now that this milestone has been achieved, my appologies, but I still can't wait for all the exciting drill results we all know are coming.

Anyway, best wishes Digger and I know you will not be able to resist following LSG and hope you don't regret this major move you have made and will grace us with your thoughts from time to time.

Hang on people...the best is yet to come.
