The Company operates several subsidiaries, including Anelia and Bio-Bar in France, Voltalia Guyane, SIG Kourou, SIG Mana and SIG Cacao in French Guyana, Voltalia Energia do Brasil in Brazil, Thegero in Greece and Alterrya Maroc in Morocco, among others. The Company is owned by Voltalia Investissement SA.

Can't catch a bid right now - I think probably another trip back to 1.20 is in the cards (maybe its required - can't let the market take off right after the accumulation without a little downside first). If this was going to be the move, it would have happened already. Probably what'll happen now is
- big capitulation move down to test/break the previous lows.
- immediately following that, a big rebound right back up that will be the legitimate trend reversal.
