Remember Canary Wharf in London in the 90s? Or was it the 80s?

National Bank was said to have huge inrerest in this debacle.
I then owned prefereds series 9 bearing a 9½% interest that were issued at 25.00$.
I bought in more shares at ...19.25$.
National Bank later paid 26.50$ to buy series 9 back.
