RE: ***VST INFO for those NEW Investors***Another thing worth mentioning that has kept all kurdistan plays held back in the political risk.
Kurdistan is nothern iraq and people claim it's not as bad as the south, they still have their issues.
Kurdistan was repressed during the sadam hussain era. Hence why they have all this oil and very little production and infastructure. Now that he's dead Kurdistan has risen from it's once repressed state.
The major political risk besides the violence is the PSC ( Production sharing contract) Baghdad wants to control all oil and contracts in iraq. Kurdistan included.
the KRG ( Kurdish regional Govt) wants control of their own oil contracts in the north. They still fighting over this but it is a hot topic and hopefully gets settled sooner rather than later.
Another issue was certain companies weren't getting paid for the oil they produced. that has since been rectified.. someone else might be able to clarify this but google it you should find more details.
Anyways just making new investors aware of some of the risk here.
If we find out and remove the political risk.. IE we know VST and Niko are getting paid for their oil this thing will explode. Also if we hit oil a big ??? is Infastructure.
Will a company make a pipline close to QD and future VST/Niko wells? or will they truck the oil from the well. These questions will no doubt be answered if we hit oil
BTW Niko is the operator for the drill site. they're a multi billion dollar oil and gas company trading over $80.00 a share.. some analyst has a $120.00 target on them last year.
Another thing worst mentioning is if we find Gas/condensate and not oil. WZR stock was at 2.70 on speculation before their first well.. once they hit gas and condenate the market didn't act too favorably. you can see where WZR is now.. yes they've had more issues besides that but still that droped the SP in half.
So there you have it~ more info! like i said VST isn't without Risks but for the $5000 or so i have invested.. it's well worth the potential to turn that into 20k plus on good news. If everything goes how we hope on this thing we could get bought out or maybe VST will take the production route who knows..
VST is managed by Stan Bharti company Forbes and manhattan which also manage LFD.. is a merge of the two companies possible? he also has a history of taking companies with small market caps and growing them into something X10 larger and then selling it off for a large profit. So even if that ends up being the case we make money.
Niko owns 19% of VST as well.
Here is the split up of the costs and profits to be shared for the QD block
Niko = 37%
VST =37%
GSA ( groundstar resources = 6%
KRG = 20%
VST aquired an additional 10% for 60 million shares to the KRG at around .50c
in the long haul that could be huge.. especially if they produce long term and reap the extra revenue from that 10%.. at the same time the KRG benefits as well as the share price will be healthy. Win win!
