RE: RE: RE: RE: int money moving to SCG todayActually a good place to advertise would be Dubai, and around the middle east.  They are very interested in international business and they say their lack of "business english" is holding them back.  Also they have 25% unemployment for males and 30% for females, learning english would make them more employable.   Or Chinese....
