RE: Loyalty programs Suck

RE: Loyalty programs SuckMy Air Miles has allowed me to fly to many nice destinations around the world. So loyalty programs do work for businesses and consumers.

Groupe Aeroplan boosted its dividend yesterday. Their gross revenues were $546 million for the first 3 months, up from $508 million last year. They are making it easier to book flights with Air Canada`s Star Alliance partners like United and Lufthansa.

I`m awaiting Futura`s plans for the US.

A car dealership loyalty program there would be great. Success in Toronto area with the car dealerships will help convince others to join.

Stock prices, at this early stage, for such companies like Futura, INT, SCG etc are based on expectations moreso than current revenues. However high the expectations, these will be reflected in the stock price. The market doesn`t have to wait for news releases. It anticipates well in advance.
