The cost discussed is the actual mine site and original upgrades to production which was done on time and on budget as per all SEDAR reports go read them.
The additional costs are for everything else, miners, operations cost, go forward projects for load-outs, etc etc.
Point being - they purchased this mine with upgrades to production for actually under $60 million and it would have cost $400 million if the old mine was not re-vamped in the first place....meaning from a cost standpoint we would have been in major debt to do this from scratch.
The $400 million would be plus everything else also...get it?
