Baseline DD

Baseline DDI thought I would throw my name into the hat. Here are some fundamentals, nothing new to the longs. Aggregated from the website, Sedar mostly. I do this type of DD before digging further before investing. Thought I would share. I trust the Memorial Day Weekend is a good one for the US investors.

Projects/Properties
The Riverside team provides catalysts for growth by operating focused drill programs on its most exciting targets. Riverside’s hybrid “prospect generator / drill discoverer” model, allows the company to mitigate risk and conserve capital while exposing shareholders to discoveries through focused drill programs. Management aims to increase the Company's land positions, develop joint-venture partnerships and build a portfolio of assets that leverage the company's expertise into expanded shareholder value with limited capital risk.

RIVERSIDE 100% OWNED DISCOVERY TARGETS

Tajitos Gold Project, Sonora
Previous mining on the 146km2 project produced an estimated 50,000 ounces of highgrade gold from veins by producing more than 200,000 tons of ore during at least three operational campaigns over the past 100 years. Recent drilling by Penmont intersected gold quartz veins and found mineralization extending beyond the veins into the wall-rock zones. Recent geochemical and magnetic results have identified three target zones on the property.

Clemente Silver-Gold Project, Sonora
The property is located approximately 5km NW from the Cerro Colorado mine,
40km south of Caborca and 40km west of Trincheras. Riverside has completed a first phase exploration program and returned assay values up to 2,900 g/t silver and gold values up to 5.4 g/t.

RIVERSIDE JOINT VENTURE PORTFOLIO
Penoles Gold-Silver Project, Durango
The 2008 drill program on the 350km2 project made a low-grade gold discovery with multiple surrounding vein targets and two past producing mines. The 968m diamond drilling program consisted of five holes that identified a central gold zone connecting with gold out-crops and now, along with this drilling campaign,
suggests broader continuity of gold mineralization. Riverside is advancing the project.

Sugarloaf Peak Gold Project, Quartzsite
Historic drilling identified a non 43-101 compliant gold resource. Riverside’s
2009 1,125 m drill program confirmed the presence of an extensive mineralized body to a depth greater than double the depth of the historic drill data. The option agreement Riverside has with Choice Gold Corp. mandates that Choice Gold spends an aggregate $5.5 M in exploration, including a drill program. Libertad

Gold Project, Sonora
Geologix Explorations Inc. completed a 10 hole, 2,213m drill program on Libertad which returned favourable assay results including intercepts of 94m of
0.74 g/t gold equivalent and 71.45m of 0.71 g/t gold equivalent.

Durango Joint Venture Properties
Catrina Gold Project
Pedernal Gold Project
Escondida Gold Project
Each property in Riverside’s strong goldsilver Durango property portfolio have
targets that show potential for open pit, and in some cases, shallow underground exploration potential. The Durango JV properties have been optioned to Mexigold Corp. and each will be advanced with a 3,000m drill program in the next year.

Cerro Azul Copper-Gold Project, Guerrero, Mexico
The recent IPO listed Guerrero Exploration Inc., in which Riverside has
a significant ownership interest, commenced a $200,000 work program on the Cerro Azul Project this winter. Riverside is the operator of the work program and expects results in the coming months.
Chapalota Gold Property, Sinaloa, Mexico
Riverside has optioned this property to Guerrero Exploration Inc, whereby
Guerrero can obtain a 60% ownership of the project. Part of the option agreements includes that Guerrero must complete a minimum of 3,750 metres of drilling over 3 years.

CLIFFS IOCG EXPLORATION ALLIANCE
In June 2010 Riverside signed an exploration alliance with Cliffs Natural Resources Exploration Inc. that is tasked with identifying and acquiring Iron Oxide Copper Gold projects in north west Baja California state and western Sinaloa state to Oaxaca state, Mexico. Cliffs will contribute US$750,000 to the Alliance on an annual basis, for a minimum of $1,500,000 to fund the exploration
program over a two year period, which can be extended upon mutual agreement. As of August 2010, Cliffs became a 9.9% owner of Riverside through a $1.45M direct investment.
