Winshear Gold Corp V.WINS

Alternate Symbol(s):  HELOF

Winshear Gold Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company advancing the Gaban Gold Project in the Puno region of south-eastern Peru. The Gaban Property covers an area of 15,629 hectares surrounding the town of San Gaban in the Puno orogenic gold belt. The town of San Gaban, at 550m above sea level, is served by infrastructure; it is a four-hour drive via the Trans-Oceanic Highway to Puerto Maldonado airport and a nearby 206-megawatt hydro-electric dam provides power to the town. Its ICA iron oxide copper-gold (I.O.C.G.) Project is an early-stage exploration target that covers an area of 2,933 hectares. It is located 45 kilometers (km) southeast of the town of Ica at an elevation of 2,000 m and is 300 km southeast of Lima along the Pan-American highway. The Company considers Gaban to be one of the hard-rock sources of gold contributing to the 1,900 square kilometers (km2) Madre de Dios alluvial goldfield, located 50km north of, and downstream from, the Gaban gold project.

2011 Drill Season

2011 Drill Season
Here is the Corporate Presentation for May 2011.
www.helioresource.com/i/pdf/HRC_Corp._Presentation.pdf
In my opinion this is a sleeper. I was intitially unimpressed with the ave grade for the Porcupine Zone Resource. The initial resource of 1M Oz with the bulk target at the Porcupine Zone at SMP at around 1.5 g/t has could easily put everyone to sleep. This is deceptive. This is but the bulk mineralization or "open pit" target. There are higher grade extensions to this target surrounding Porcupine. Porcupine extensions contain:
• 52m @ 3.3 g/t Au
• 28m @ 5.1 g/t Au
• 53m @ 2.9 g/t Au
2011 Drill Program for SMP:
2011 resource expansion at:
• Porcupine: Main Zone, Footwall Zone, Quill and NE Zone
potential to double resource
• Kenge: Snakebite (narrow high grade veins), Mbenge and Kenge SE
2011 resource definition at:
• Konokono (located between Kenge and Porcupine) following up on
previous mineralised intercepts over a 500m strike length
• Tumbili – 2km long gold in soil anomaly
• Kasuku – geologically similar to Porcupine
They have done initial resource estimates on two targets, on a land package that has 35 km of length, and over 60Km of strike length targets with all of the various intersecting shear zones and Au targets. They are expanding these resources, and defining others on one land package. They actually have another district size land packages in Namibia. They are deceptively big, and under the radar.
Downside argument? Can they go it alone, and develop all these zones on both properties without any help, and without undue dilution? Is that the intention, or are they willing to JV some of this work? Is the GeoPolitical Environment safe if they are to go beyond exploration? These would be good points to air out going forward.
