The link below provides some good insight as to the relationship between Canada and Ethiopia. Allana Potash is mentioned on this site.

Also, Allana's banner is running again on the V.FED stockhouse bullboard. Every time I have seem this banner on the FED bullboard, there is an Allana news release within a few days. Maybe more drill results or other positive events. I have a small amount of shares in FED but nowhere near the amount of shares I have in Allana.
